Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS -REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange a product because of a change in mind, you may do so in accordance with the following process:

  1. You must notify us within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product and arrange return of the product within 7 days.
  2. You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Elizabeth and Jayde. Product must be returned to Elizabeth and Jayde.
  3. We do not accept returns or exchanges on stock purchased from Elizabeth and Jayde stockists.
  4. No exchanges or returns are accepted on sale items, unless deemed faulty.
  5. There are no refunds or exchanges on earrings. Earrings can be returned only if they are faulty.
  6. On International returns you must mark on the courier company's consignment so that the products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
  7. You must return the product in its original condition.
  8. You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the product.
  9. You are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the product.
  10. Upon receipt of the product by Elizabeth and Jayde, we will refund to you the purchase price for the product, less the shipping costs originally incurred.
  11. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by us, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
  12. Refunds and exchanges will only be given to products purchased via our online store and in store. Refunds and exchanges will not be given to Elizabeth and Jayde stock purchased from Elizabeth and Jayde stockists.
  13. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, we will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:

That the product was purchased within 6 months of faulty date. You must notify Elizabeth and Jayde by email info@elizabethjayde.com.au You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Elizabeth and Jayde.
